Our policy on refunds, returns, and order cancellation

M R Enterprise (“we”, “our”) is committed to fair and transparent dealings. This policy applies to purchases made through us, including payments processed via our payment gateway or other accepted modes.
Eligibility for return
Goods may be considered for return only in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged goods received (damage in transit or manufacturing defect).
- Wrong item or quantity shipped compared to the order.
- Quality not as agreed or as per sample, where a sample was provided.
Returns must be reported to us within a reasonable period (typically within 7–10 days of receipt). We may require photos or other proof of the issue. Items that have been used, altered, or are not in original packing may not be accepted for return.
Return process
To request a return, please contact us via the details on our Contact page or through our IndiaMART profile. Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting information. We will confirm eligibility and, if approved, inform you of the return process (e.g. shipping back to our address). Return shipping costs may be as per mutual agreement or as communicated at the time of order.
Refund process
Once we receive and verify the returned goods, we will process the refund through the same mode of payment used for the order (e.g. to the same bank account or card), unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days from the date of acceptance of return. For payments made via payment gateway, refunds will be initiated as per the gateway’s and bank’s processing time.
Cancellation of order
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund as per the refund process above. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible; in such cases we may assist with return after delivery subject to this policy.
Disputes and complaints
For any dispute or complaint related to payment or refund, please contact us first. We aim to resolve all issues in good faith. You may also approach your bank or the payment gateway’s grievance channel in accordance with their terms.
